Mrs. Katie Young

Mrs. Katie Young has been teaching for 37years,so she has to love her job. She is a warm and straightforward person.  She is always giving ideas and teaching me something new.  I thank God that my first cooperating teacher is such a supportive and helpful person.

Mrs. Latrena Townsend has been working as an assistant for 6 months, and she it fit for the job. Mrs. Townsend made feel very comfortable and she tried to help me in every way that she could. I am glad that I had the chance to befriend her.

"MY CLASS"

My 2nd grade class is as follows:

My second grade class was so dear to me. I called them my babies. The class was made up of twenty -one students. Each one of them all had very different personalities. It was very easy getting to learn them. I knew who would react a certain way.  I now see the importance of getting to know your students. If for example a student is acting a little different than usual I as teacher should notice that and try to find out why that student is acting unlike his/her normal self.

Jalen, Adarious, Given, Tyler, Jervaughn, Jhmarqasis, Deondrey, Jamond, Brandon, Daniel, Otis, Courtney, Kiara, Antasia, Roshundra, Debreona, Shaneka, Breanna, Mareesha, Bianca, and Princess.

Mrs. Trena Warren

Mrs. Warren is a nine  year veteran teacher from Leland, MS. She has taught at A. W. Watson all nine years. Mrs. Warren is a very creative. She has a rather genuine style of teaching.

My fourth grade class is very different from my second graders. They seemed to be a little more mature, than my second graders. They did not talk as much as the second graders but they talked enough. This class is made up of eighteen students, nine girls, and nine boys.

My 4th grade class is as follows:

Brittany, Stephen, Shekema, Summer, Ciara, Deshondra, Tiera, Dornesha, Tyeshia, Ronnie, Damien, Keith, Arial, Bryant, Travis, Alex, Nayten, and Jerimiah.
